WHAT WE DO

ARCHAEOLOGICAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT

A crucial component of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) procedure, usually required for development projects that can potentially influence archaeological resources. The primary goal is to evaluate the archeological significance of an area affected by a proposed project and provide appropriate measures to mitigate or regulate any possible adverse consequences.

CULTURAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT

A thorough procedure employed to assess and record the potential effects of a proposed development or project on cultural heritage resources. The main goal of a Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment (CHIA) is to identify, evaluate, and alleviate any detrimental impacts on cultural heritage, encompassing both tangible and intangible elements such as historic structures, archeological sites, landscapes, traditions, customs, and cultural identities.

SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT

A systematic method employed to assess and record the probable social ramifications of a proposed initiative, policy, or program on individuals, communities, and society at large. The main goal of a societal Impact Assessment is to detect, evaluate, and alleviate any negative societal consequences while maximizing potential advantages.
